Southwest-spiced Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Southwest-spiced Roasted Pork Tenderloin

1 whole pork tenderloin
1 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Heat oven to 425. In small bowl stir together all ingredients except pork to make 1/4 cup. Season tenderloin with 2 tbsp. of rub. Place meat in shallow pan, roast 35 minutes or 155 degrees. Let stand 5 min. and slice.
