Turkish white bean salad
2 14oz cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 red onions, cut in half and thinly sliced
1-2 tbsp Aleppo pepper
40g parsley, roughly chopped
1 big garlic clove, crushed
Juice of 1-2 lemons
3 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Mix beans, onions, Aleppo pepper, and parsley. Mix dressing, mix everything.
