Dak gui

Broiled chicken

2 lbs bone-in chicken thighs

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp gochujang (red pepper paste)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp ginger juice
1 tbsp roasted crushed sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
pine nut powder for garnish

Wash chicken, spread meat, remove fat, score, pat dry. Mix sauce ingredients, marinate 30 minutes. Broil or grill. Sprinkle with pine nut powder to serve.
